Finally the time has come! FAS Plastics and Hanover Machine and Tool (HMT) are ISO 9001:2000 standards certified.

FAS Plastics and HMT have been striving to achieve this goal and to have standards in place; working very diligent to get each and every department up to speed for a registrar audit.

"I feel everyone did what was necessary of themselves to get the job done and we are committed to improve on what we have established company wide", says Luke Elrod, Quality Manager.

This brings FAS Plastics and HMT up to the next level. With injection molding being such a competitive market, this was part of a solution; part of a plan. And to bring HMT on board to be registered was a plus to have their "Full Service Machine Shop" in the mix.

"It has been a long time coming; this puts us in a market to be more of a competitive company", states Frank Mingione, Jr., Vice President.

FAS Plastics along with HMT are looking forward to the future ahead; knowing that this was the right move, a move to move forward.
